Nothing like flying out of Indy at 7pm...

I don't know how it's possible, but somehow I'm on a flight full of
nothing but hipsters and people who don't know how to fly.

What has Dulles got against Starbucks?

Seriously, why is it so hard to get a muffin up in here?

Stranger danger

Sometimes I touch all the surfaces around me in a very firm manner so
that if I go missing, I'll have left behind lots of fingerprints as
clues.

On the plane already!

19 minutes from when I walked into the airport to when I sat down in
my seat on the plane. New record.

But I don't have a window seat. Dammit.

Security at Albany Int'l = lax (and I don't mean LAX)

My flight to Indiana for Thanksgiving leaves from Albany at 6am, so
logically I arrived at the airport on the busiest travel day of the
year with 40 minutes to spare before my flight. It was busy enough at
security to warrant a local TV crew filming the line, and yet still
only took me nine minutes from start to finish. I'd call that
efficiency except for the obscene number of liquids I have hidden in
my carry-on.

In other news, happy National Opt-Out Day! If Albany hadn't been too
ghetto for a full body scanner, I def would have gone for the
molestation option.

Are people really this inexperienced (and by "inexperienced," I actually mean "dumb")?

CNN offers advice on holiday travel:

"Pay attention to where you're walking Read the signs and remember that if you go through a restricted door unintentionally, you -- yes, you -- will be shutting down the entire terminal."
